A. The orders will always be raised in Euros or Pounds, deposits and final payments can be remitted in Euros, Pounds or US dollars at current exchange rates.

Can I part exchange
my old car?
A. We will always assist you in part exchanging your current car.

How many can
I have and for how long?
A. Each VIP may buy two BMW per year. This will usually dictate how long you keep the previous car, however the car must be registered in the VIP’s name for at least 6 months.

How long will
I have to wait?
A. It very much depends on whether you want a BMW built to your own specification (not withstanding country specific options) in which case we usually build a BMW and deliver within four to five months. There is always a possibility that the right BMW might be found in your country, which will speed up the delivery time. Occasionally, a new model may prove difficult to deliver within the normal parameters due to strong demand so should you be contemplating a new model please allow more time.

Can I buy a
BMW Motorcycle using this scheme?
A. Regrettably there is no program specifically for motorcycles although our BMW Park Lane London office may be able to assist with a tax-free purchase.

Do you have
any cars in stock?
A. For those customers
who need a quick delivery we have the facility to look for unsold
BMWs already in the UK. Whilst we may not be able find your
exact first choice, we can usually offer many close alternatives.
